About your instructors
Sifu Angela Barbara has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Martial Arts since 2006. She studied with her teacher, Grandmaster Henry Moy Yee, of Moy Yee San Jong in Brooklyn, New York, where Angela was an Advanced Disciple Student and Senior Instructor for many years. It was her martial arts training which led to her pursuit of learning and practicing Chinese Medicine. She was certified to begin teaching what she learned from her Sifu (teacher) to her own students in 2017, and she is delighted to bring these beautiful teachings to a wider audience. Angela believes that Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Qi Gong can be a very valuable health practice and a wonderful extension of Acupuncture therapy.

He lives in Washington Township, New Jersey with his wife Angela and son Russell Jr. And practices Chinese medical massage.
